Together with Francesca D'Abbondanza, the Italian customer base is managed in all its facets with availability, professionalism and the right flexibility that a varied country like ours needs.

Civil and industrial engineer with work experience in foreign multinationals between consultancy and the energy industry. My role is to maintain high quality standards of our production by creating synergy between artisan knowledge and the mechanization of the production process. Qualified APM project manager with Black Belt lean six sigma certification, my daily commitment is focused on the implementation of the Lean methodology in the manufacturing of ceramic sanitary ware, embracing progress in the digital field and keeping people at the center because it is the latter who make our special company.

Management engineer with work experience in foreign multinationals. Project manager with Green Belt lean six sigma certification. My goal is to bring the company to high standards of efficiency and profitability, while maintaining those values ​​that are intrinsic to our reality as a medium-sized family-run business where there is attention and maximum respect for every single employee who contributes to the success of Olympia Ceramica. Together with my colleague Gianluca Campioni we ensure that the administrative and financial management of the company is always updated and monitored, to create the tools necessary for effective management control.

Creator of projects to be mass-produced in the industrial sector, according to aesthetically valid forms in relation to the functionality of the object with particular attention to new application methods. Its nature is inspired by a careful search for light and perspective. It operates through a modern and dynamic vision of design practice. At the head of the technical office, he coordinates the executive phase of the products, created with the daily gestures of living in mind.
